Order Processing

Orders for items in stock and ready to ship are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time, as specified on the product page or during checkout.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery

We ship orders using trusted carriers. Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and costs are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. NOBO Corporation is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or events outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Risk of loss for products passes to you once the package is delivered to the carrier. NOBO Corporation is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after the carrier takes possession. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly. We will provide reasonable assistance but are not responsible for carrier errors.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country. NOBO Corporation cannot provide estimates of such fees and is not responsible for paying them.

If a package is refused by the customer or cannot be delivered due to unpaid duties/taxes or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for all associated costs, including carrier return charges and reshipment fees. If the carrier discards the package, the customer remains responsible for the full cost of a replacement shipment.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
