NOBO Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel completely confident when you shop with NOBO. Here’s how our policy works:
- 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return standard items (including Hair Systems) within 30 days for a full refund.
- Custom Orders: Custom-made Hair Systems are made just for you, so they can only be refunded if NOBO made an error.
- Condition Matters: To qualify, returns must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Hair Systems that have been cut, colored, or chemically treated outside NOBO cannot be returned.
- Services: Styling, cutting, and shipping costs are not refundable.
- Exchanges: If any product arrives defective or damaged, we’ll exchange it for the same item.
- Return Shipping: Customers cover return shipping costs.
- International Orders: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are your responsibility. If you refuse delivery, you’ll be responsible for the carrier’s return charges, reshipping fees, or (if the carrier discards the package) the cost of a replacement shipment.
- By placing an order with NOBO, you agree to our return, refund, and exchange policies.
Full Policy
Return Period
All refund and exchange requests must be made within thirty (30) days of the order’s delivery date. Requests received after this period cannot be honored.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, products must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be in unused and unaltered condition.
- For Hair Systems: the system must not have been cut, colored, permed, chemically processed, or otherwise modified by the customer or any third party.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all inserts, accessories, and documentation.
- A copy of the original order invoice or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
- NOBO Corp. provides a 30-day, 100% satisfaction, money-back guarantee on standard Hair Systems.
- Custom Hair Systems produced to a customer’s exact specifications are excluded from this guarantee and cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged, except in the event of a verified manufacturing error by NOBO Corp.
- NOBO reserves the right to inspect and confirm any alleged defect before approving a refund or replacement.
Non-Refundable Services
- Cutting, styling, and other service-based work performed by NOBO Corp. is non-refundable.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If a prepaid return label is provided, its cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Process
- All returns will be inspected upon arrival. Approval or rejection of the return will be communicated via email.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed on a monthly cycle, with credits applied at the end of each month.
- NOBO Corp. is not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card companies, or payment processors once the refund has been issued.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products.
- Approved exchanges will be replaced with the identical item originally purchased.

Domestic Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstance.
International Orders
- Customers outside the United States are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other costs charged by their country.
- NOBO Corp. cannot predict, estimate, or assume responsibility for any such charges.
- If the customer refuses delivery of an international order:
- The customer remains responsible for all carrier-imposed return-to-sender charges, customs fees, and related costs billed to NOBO.
- If the package is returned to NOBO, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with reshipping the order.
- If the shipping carrier discards, destroys, or otherwise disposes of the package as a result of refusal or non-payment of customs charges, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of a replacement shipment.
Limitation of Guarantee
The NOBO 30-day money-back guarantee is intended to assure product quality and customer satisfaction. It does not apply in cases of misuse, alteration, or failure to follow care instructions. NOBO reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges in such cases.
Agreement to Terms
By placing an order with NOBO Corp., the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms, conditions, and policies stated herein, including but not limited to return, refund, exchange, shipping, and international order provisions.
